We are involved in industry organisations and research projects in order to provide our expertise as well as find out about the latest scientific knowledge. We are a driving force in Skärteknikcentrum, where companies, suppliers, research and development institutes and universities work together in the areas of technology, skills and productivity. We are also active in the RISE Center for technical cleanliness that brings together the shared research and development needs of Swedish companies in the field of technical cleanliness.
Furthermore, since the autumn of 2016 we have run a three-year pilot project together with Swerea IVF, Chalmers University of Technology, KTH Royal Institute of Technology and the Sahlgrenska Academy. The project looks at how vegetable oils could replace mineral oils within the machinery industry. The pilot project is part of the Testbädd project run by Swerea IVF on future processing fluids within sustainable production.
